I hereby accept the terms and conditions as set out by Kiley Kreations Photography.

I understand that no refunds will be given and a 50% deposit is required within 48hours of my booking to secure my booking. The final payment is due before the shoot commence.

 

Photo editing can take up to 2-6 weeks where we will send the download link to all images.

 

Edited images are images that is included In the package, colour corrected and cropped. Retouched images are images with skin smoothing, sky replacements liquifying one’s body, general photo cleanup etc and will be charged extra per image upon request, and is not included in the package

 

Should a client arrive late the time will be deducted from their booking. Photo sessions are strictly based on the time frame booked, for every 10minutes extra the client will be charged an additional R100 payable immediately. It remains the clients responsibility to be prepared for their photo shoot to save time and utilize their booking to the best of their ability. The photographer will not be held responsible for less images or quality of images, due to late arrival, weather changes, inability to change outfits quickly, kids refusing to pose, babies crying or any other matter influencing the success of the photo shoot.

 

We reserve the right to all images, and the client hereby assigns the company the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included for editorial, trade or advertising, the client releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images.
